New incoming undergraduate students may submit their enrollment deposit in their if not already submitted. Please contact the Admissions Office for further information.
Please note that students paying the $300 enrollment deposit do not also need to submit a $150 housing deposit. The $150 continuing housing deposit is for returning students planning to live on
campus for the following academic year.

If you have been accepted to WCU, paid your enrollment deposit, and you have not yet completed your Residency Determination yet, you will need to contact the Registrar’s Office upon approval of In-State Residency.
Add an Authorized User(s) to your billing account. This allows parents/guardians to log-in with their own email and password to view bills, submit payments, set up payment plans, and view annual tax information at the student's discretion.
Newly added Authorized Users will receive two emails. One email will contain the log-in link, and the second will contain a temporary password that will expire after 24 hours. Please check the spam folder for these emails.
Please note that being an Authorized User on the account does not grant access to student information via phone or email; Authorized Users must have a Proxy Passphrase to access information via phone/email.
Set up a Proxy Passphrase. Proxy passphrases are required when calling in to discuss account information over the phone. They are also required when emailing from a Non-Catamount email.
Students will assign one for themselves and one for anyone else, such as a parent or guardian, that may wish to contact Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵfor information regarding the student’s account.
Please note that Proxy Users are separate from Authorized Users. Proxy Users do not have access to billing/payment/tax information, while Authorized Users do.
Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵrecommends that students set up an Electronic Refund (direct deposit) account for any refunds that may be issued to the student.
E-Refunds are considered safer, more reliable, and faster than paper checks.
If a direct deposit account is not set up prior to a refund being processed, the refund will be sent as a paper check to the student’s permanent mailing address on file.
Waive the mandatory student health insurance if the student has existing coverage under another plan and will not require the Student Blue health insurance.

For students bringing a vehicle, Register your Car for an Annual Parking Permit. The cost of a parking permit will be charged to your student account and included in your semester bill.
View the Semester Billing/Payment Schedule for bill dates and due dates. Please note that most undergraduates are considered Pre-registered (Phase 1) students.
When in doubt, undergraduate students should go by the Pre-reg/Phase 1 schedule.
Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵoffers multiple Payment Options:Online payments include electronic check or credit/debit card (a 2.95% convenience fee applies to all card payments).
Checks and Money Orders may be submitted by mail or in-person, and cash payments may be submitted in-person. In-person payments are accepted at the Student Accounts counter in Killian Annex.
For 529 or other third-party Savings Accounts, please contact your provider to initiate payment. Please visit the Payment Options page for further payment information.
A payment plan is available for Fall and Spring semesters for qualifying students. Please visit our Payment Options page for further information regarding our payment plan options.
(Please note that payment plans do not roll over to the next semester. Student/Families must enroll in a new plan for each Fall & Spring semester. There are no payment plans offered during the Summer terms.)
International students may submit payment through .

Complete any outstanding requirements for your Financial Aid package in your and accept your award offer.

Authorize your Title IV (FAFSA) financial aid to be applied to charges other than tuition and fees. This allows your financial aid to cover charges such as health insurance, parking permits, miscellaneous fees or fines outside of the tuition and required fees.
