SPECIAL TELEPHONE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WESTERN CAROLINA UNIVERSITY
March 15, 2011
The Board of Trustees of 蘑菇短视频 met by telephone in special session
on March 15, 2011. Mr. Warren called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
ATTENDANCE
The following members of the Board were present on the call: Mr. Dorsey, Mr. Kiser,
Mr. Warren, Mr. Forsyth, Mrs. Williams, Mrs. MacNeill, Ms. Saunooke, Mr. Metcalf,
Mr. Broadwell, Mr. Worley, Mrs. Wyche, Mr. Little.
The following member of the Board was absent on the call: Dr. Siegel.
Others present on the call: Ms. Lochner, General Counsel, and Ms. Welch, Assistant Secretary to the Board.
CLOSED SESSION
Mr. Kiser moved that the Board go into closed session to consider the qualifications,
competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions
of initial appointment, of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer
or employee. Mrs. MacNeill seconded the motion, and it was approved.
OPEN SESSION
Mr. Broadwell moved that the Board return to open session. Mr. Forsyth seconded the
motion, and it was approved.
Mr. Warren thanked everyone again for their comments and for participating in the process.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mr. Warren adjourned the meeting at 9:50 a.m.
