Biography

Dr. Wilson earned her M.A. in Experimental Psychology from 蘑菇短视频 in 2017, after finishing her B.S. in Psychology in 2015. She completed her doctoral work at Clemson University in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Occupational Health Psychology in 2021.

Teaching Interests

Dr. Wilson teaches courses in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, General Psychology, Employment Assessment, and Research Methods.

Research Interests

Dr. Wilson has research interests in occupational health psychology, measurement and outcomes of workplace aggression and cyberaggression, workplace culture and turnover/retention, organizational justice and fairness, personality/dark personality in the employment setting.
