Anticipated Major: Spanish and International Studies with a concentration in Global Poverty and Economic Development Why WCU? I had felt that ease, as well when meeting the administration at tour, they made me feel so confident in where they’re were going to help me. They felt like family.
Fun Fact: I’m a first generation student and I love helping people in any possible way.

Anticipated Major: Elementary Education Why WCU? Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵoffers such a welcoming atmosphere. I wanted to take this opportunity to live somewhere new and experience all that Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵhas to offer.
Fun Fact: I have studied different genres of dance for the past 15 years. I also raise 4-H animals for our summer county fair every year.

Why WCU? Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵhas a strong reputation for excellence in education and student activities. I chose Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵbecause I want to pursue a degree in neonatal nursing, and I believe its program is top notch and will help me achieve my career goals.

Anticipated Major: Criminal Justice Why WCU? I loved the campus and the school and several of my friends attend and they love it too.
Fun Fact: I represent the USA as a member of the US National Rifle team as a shooter and coach. I got to go to New Zealand last year for the world championships and will be going to South Africa in 2023 for the next worlds! Can’t wait to start at WCU!

Anticipated Major: Integrated Health Sciences for Pre-Med Why WCU? When I visited the campus it felt like home. I also enjoy how the professors make you feel like you are a part of a family and make you feel like they care about you’re education.
Fun Fact: I enjoy playing volleyball, basketball, and soccer. I have been playing sports since I was 5 years old. I have been a three star athlete since 6th grade.

Fun Fact: I love reading in my spare time. I also love playing my instrument. I am also a fan of hiking.

Anticipated Major: Musical Theatre Why WCU? I felt extremely welcoming vibes from everyone I talked to while I was there. It felt like a place where community was really valued!
Fun Fact: I have a twin sister that is going to college in Maine, making this the farthest we’ve ever been from each other for a long time.

This school gives everyone a chance to pursue their dreams and get better at doing good and also to see colored and non colored people get their dreams and to give the next generation a mindset of going to college and living a good life and be whatever they wanna be to help the environment and everyone in it.
