William Moultrie

Associate Vice Chancellor
for Student Success

William Moultrie has been named associate vice chancellor for student success. Moultrie comes to Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵfrom North Carolina Central University where he was interim dean of University College in the Division of Academic Affairs. 

Randy Colins

Dean of the College of
Engineering and Technology

​The Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵBoard of Trustees appointed Randy Colins as dean of the College of Engineering and Technology. He comes to Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵfrom Clemson University where he was a professor of electrical and computer engineering and the academic/technical adviser for the school’s Dominion Energy Innovation Center.
