“Children’s Day Observed at Tuscola”
Correspondence of The Observer
“Waynesville, June 25. – Children’s’ Day was observed at Tuscola, near Waynesville, today and an immense crown was present. The children were well-trained and the young ladies deserve special praise for their untiring efforts to make the exercises enjoyable. Dinner was spread on the grounds and there was an abundance for all. . . .”
